The Packers not only escaped Chicago with a win, but they did not really suffer any injuries. It feels like an eternity since they played the Bears week one. We as fans do not like the long layoff between games, but I am sure the players like the extra time to recover. The Packers only had five players that did not participate in full on Friday.

The Packers got some bad news on Thursday when left tackle David Bakhtiari was unable to practice with a back injury. On Friday he was a limited participant and will be questionable for Sunday. Bakhtiari had an uncharacteristically off game against Chicago and have to wonder if the back was an issue then. Needless the say the Vikings defensive line will be another challenge for the Packers offensive line. Aaron Rodgers will be running for his life if Bakhtiari is unable to go.

The man responsible for the only touchdown last Thursday, Jimmy Graham, is still dealing with the finger injury. He was limited on Friday and the odds are its just resting it as much as possible. He should be good to go Sunday.

Rookie DB Ka’dar Hollman was unable to make his NFL debut last Thursday with a neck injury. That same neck issue has made him a limited participant all week in practice and is questionable for Sunday.

Another rookie that was unable to play last week was Darius Shepherd. He is dealing with a hamstring injury at the moment, but was able to participate in a limited capactity on Friday.   He is already listed as out this week, but is getting closer to making his NFL debut.

The Packers are pretty healthy coming into this game. Only one key player’s status is in question. Assuming Bakhtiari is able to go, this could be the healthiest the Packers have been against the Vikings in a long time.
